Formación

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by AHA.
• No experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret physician referrals and perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations.
• Establish a plan of care and implement treatments based on evaluation results and goals.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust the care plan; provide status updates to physicians and teammates.
• Complete discharge planning with home programs and family teaching.
• Document patient care per department policy; manage scheduling, billing, and productivity.
• Supervise PT assistants and rehab aides as needed; ensure staff competency.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth through CE, in-services, and reading.
