Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy with state licensure.
• Recent clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, or cardiopulmonary evaluations.
• Ability to follow department policies and document care.

Responsibilities

• Interprets referrals and completes evaluations.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Plans for discharge including home programs and family education.
• Completes documentation and billing per policy.
• Maintains patient safety and follows infection control measures.
• May supervise assistants and students as request ed.
