Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of NJ.
• Completed CEU requirements for NY/NJ.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record patient care data following guidelines of care and payers.
• Conduct initial evaluations, daily notes, progress reports and discharge plans.
• Develop and modify treatment plans and goals with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient education and support to enhance adherence and outcomes.
• Oversee PTA, ATC, and PT aides; participate in seminars and community outreach.
