Job summary

Building Therapy Leaders in Burien, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time and PRN roles in our in-house rehab program serving geriatric clients. You will conduct screening, evaluations, and develop care plans in cooperation with the team.

You will deliver skilled, medically necessary rehabilitation, assist with gait and mobility, wound care as needed, and provide education to patients and families. A license is required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitation interventions per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring; adapt to patient care needs.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
