Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients across care communities. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating discharge planning.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, and stay current with state and federal regulations. Strong English communication is essential for collaboration and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering relationships with facilities and clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
