Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services across facilities, collaborating with teams to maximize patient outcomes. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, participate in case management, and maintain current licensure and practice acts. Strong English communication and ongoing professional development are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients across facilities and clients.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs; participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Understand billing models and adhere to treatment guidelines and outcomes.
