Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services and lead clinical care across facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans, coordinate discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in alignment with our clinical standards.

• Graduate degree from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities
