Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Personal Trainer to design comprehensive fitness programs, assess clients, and guide them toward their goals. You will lead sessions, ensure safety, and promote training services while maintaining excellent member relationships.

The role requires CPR/AED certification, a CNF/PT credential, and at least 1 year of experience. A strong focus on customer service and ongoing education is essential in a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of personal training experience.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention.
• Monitors and instructs clients during training sessions on safe and effective use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Reads, watches, and engages in required training.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening, Medical History, Lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells personal training programs and services.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education to advance throughout the levels program.
