Fedcap Group is looking for a dedicated Performance Manager in Lewiston, Maine to lead Opportunity Centers supporting families in the ASPIRE program. You will provide individualized career services to help participants secure sustainable employment and achieve long-term economic stability.

With a Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in social services, you will excel in managing a team, promoting a growth-focused environment, and utilizing data-driven decision-making to drive performance outcomes.

This role offers a salary starting at $60,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in career services or social services.
• 5+ years’ experience supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Opportunity Centers.
• Conduct performance reviews for continuous improvement.
• Develop solutions with local leaders.
