Job summary

Kids Club ABA in Bloomfield, NJ, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental needs.

You will design and implement tailored treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, collect data, and work with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful progress in a supportive, fun environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology or related field.
• Experience with ABA therapy for children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform decisions.
