Qualifications

• BCBA certification or active BCBA experience.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Maintain records, reports, and data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
