Job summary

Growing Foundations ABA Therapy is hiring a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst to lead ABA programs for children with autism. You will conduct FBAs, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and supervise therapy in 1:1 and group settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed Behavioral Analyst in New Jersey.
• Experience supervising therapy in client homes and training parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify reasons behind behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA services in 1:1 and group settings.
• Provide guidance and training to technicians and professionals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor child progress.
• Maintain records of treatment plans, assessments, progress, and related information.
• Communicate with families and professionals for consistent implementation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professionalism.
