Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Newark, NJ to deliver individualized ABA therapy. You will work with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities, designing and implementing behavior-change programs in a supportive, fun environment.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will perform functional assessments, collect data, and adjust strategies to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or experience as a BCBA.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Salary stated as $80,000–$110,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, data collection, and analysis to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals for comprehensive care.
• Stay current with ABA best practices and industry developments.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in a timely manner.
