Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple accounts, and follow planograms with safe handling. You will communicate with store management and cross-functional teams to ensure shelves meet company standards.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, creating POS materials, and maintaining back room organization. A strong driver with reliable, independent work ethic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Interpersonal skills to work with diverse customers.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable, independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and rotates Fastlane merchandisers.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and opportunities.
