The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at our customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts.

You will follow planograms, communicate with store management, and support cross-functional teams to implement approved merchandising programs. The role requires physical lifting, reliable independent work, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with store staff.

Formación

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy varied customer demands.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Company provided cell phone for work communications.

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves products from the backroom to the display area.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products; checks vendor operations.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product, returns, damaged or out-of-date items.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-ups on requests and opportunities.
