Coca-Cola Northeast is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure beverage availability and visibility across retail locations in its Northeast territory. You will stock, rotate, and maintain product displays while supporting promotional activities and accurate stock levels.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 40–55 pounds, stand and walk for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, build displays, and ensure product freshness.
• Maintain product on racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; identify replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to attract customer attention and drive sales.
• Maintain backrooms and backstock; manage counts and organization.
• Operate pallet jack, hand-truck and other handling equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to maximize opportunities.
• Write and place customer orders on an ad hoc basis when needed.
