Job summary

The Mentoring Alliance is seeking a Christian After School Leader to guide elementary students in enrichment activities after school. This part-time, non-exempt role runs about 17–20 hours weekly and centers on youth development, excellence, and living out the mission in the community.

You will contribute as a positive role model and minister of the Gospel, serving kids and families through after-school programs and faith-based mentorship.

Qualifications

• Agree with Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith.
• Minimum age 17; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Passion and love for working with elementary school children.
• Experience with elementary school children preferred.
• Able to work Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year.
• Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check.
• Valid driver’s license or valid ID.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Have dependable transportation.
• Spanish-speaking ability valued.
