Job summary

The Mentoring Alliance is seeking a Christian After School Leader to guide elementary students in enrichment activities and foster youth development in our after-school program. This part-time, non-exempt role is scheduled for 17–20 hours per week and emphasizes excellence, wholeheartedness, and modeling faith-based values. You will work Monday–Friday from 2:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Passion and love for working with elementary children.
• CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory.
• Background check required.
• Spanish-speaking ability valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities.
• Work Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year.
• Uphold Mentoring Alliance faith-based guidelines and safety policies.
• Provide a positive, Gospel-centered presence for kids and families.
