The position is part-time, non-exempt, about 17–20 hours weekly, Monday–Friday 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory; a background check is required. Spanish-speaking abilities are valued for community outreach.

Qualifications

• Must agree with Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith
• 17 years or older; HS diploma or GED preferred
• Passion for working with elementary children
• Experience with elementary kids preferred
• Commitment to CPR/First Aid certification
• Background/sex offender check required
• Valid driver's license or ID
• US work authorization
• Dependable transportation
• Spanish-speaking ability valued
