Qualifications

• This role requires strong communication, accessibility awareness, and knowledge of developmental disabilities and ODP programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is essential for creating accessible publications.
• Experience designing multimedia materials and coordinating outreach and conferences is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop multimedia publications and coordinate conference planning to promote outreach activities.
• Design materials using Adobe Creative Suite; capture and edit photos/videos for websites and print.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings and training sessions, both in person and virtually.
• Coordinate conferences, manage timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts, ensuring deadlines.
• Support accessibility best practices in web design and publications for audiences with disabilities.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders, attend events, and represent the office professionally.
