Job summary

You will manage training schedules, coordinate with schools, emergency responders, and community partners, and ensure curriculum alignment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Education, Communications, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience in behavioral health training and crisis intervention.
• Experience with multi-agency coordination and high-volume training logistics.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily project operations, calendars, training logistics, host-site coordination, materials, records, and follow-up activities.
• Recruit and register school and youth-serving personnel, emergency responders, law enforcement, veterans and veteran-serving personnel, families, caregivers, faith leaders, and other public-serving participants.
• Coordinate and deliver Mental Health First Aid, QPR, and crisis navigation content.
• Provide scenario-based instruction on recognizing mental illness, suicide warning signs, and crisis response.
• Reinforce use of 911, 988, mobile crisis, and other resources.
• Conduct at least 30 trainings for 500 key individuals each project year; support 3-year goals.
• Administer registration/attendance, assessments, and follow-up surveys.
• Develop, distribute, and coordinate quarterly resource guides and tools.
• Coordinate trainings for city/state agencies and monthly community sessions.
• Participate in community activities and advisory groups.
• Coordinate partner communications and feedback to strengthen pathways.
• Maintain trainer credentials and curriculum records.
• Provide warm-handoff instructions to crisis teams.
• Review results and implement improvements.
