Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator in Lebanon, PA to oversee employee training programs and compliance. The role requires coordinating onboarding, annual trainings, and staff development initiatives, including CPR and CPI trainings.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Three to five years of experience in Human Services or related field.
• Trainer certification in CPI, Medication Administration, and CPR/First Aid or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Experience with Pennsylvania ID/A service system and Medicaid Waiver programs.
• Experience as a Program Coordinator/Program Specialist or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, recordkeeping, and professional writing skills.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee training compliance, onboarding programs, annual training requirements, and staff development initiatives.
• Conduct New Employee Developmental Training and schedule, facilitate, or coordinate required programs including CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Clinical CEU trainings.
• Maintain training databases, employee training records, compliance reports, audits, and documentation to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Develop, implement, and improve training programs, policies, materials, and communications with HR and leadership.
• Travel to regional offices and affiliate locations to deliver training and support compliance initiatives.
