Job summary

Atrium Health's High Point Medical Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation: Physical Therapy Elm is seeking a dedicated physical therapist for a full-time role. You will provide patient-centered assessments, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The position requires a B.S., M.S., or D.P.T. from an accredited program, current licensure in your state, and CPR/BLS Level C certification.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Delivers evidence-based physical therapy treatments and ensures goals are meaningful and realistic.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Ensures documentation is legible and compliant with policy and coding standards.
• Contributes to department performance, productivity, and quality improvement efforts.
