Path Behavioral Healthcare seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients across children, adolescents, and adults in a comprehensive outpatient program.

Under supervision, you will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, person-centered care; HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must maintain an active, unrestricted Ohio LSW or LPC license.
• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work may be considered with valid LSW.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience.
• At least one (1) year of outpatient behavioral health experience.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Experience with HIPAA and confidentiality compliance.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Develop individualized treatment plans per OMHAS and CARF standards.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of services and client progress.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, case managers, and schools.
• Identify and report abuse or neglect as required by law.
