Qualifications

• Must hold a current LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC licensure.
• Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services.
• Ability to perform individual, group, and family therapy across age groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform interviews to identify presenting problems, assess mental status, and support accurate diagnoses.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using person-centered approaches.
• Assess psychiatric crises and coordinate with psychiatrists for crisis intervention.
• Maintain medical records in compliance with state and agency guidelines.
• Refer clients to outside services while maintaining confidentiality standards.
• Provide crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination to de-escalate crises.
• Provide after-hours/on-call coverage as needed.
• Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Build positive relationships with communities served and other agencies.
• Drive and travel to community locations and outreach sites as assigned.
