Path Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy across children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in social work may be considered for candidates with a valid LSW license.
• Must possess Ohio LSW or LPC license in good standing.
• Licensure in Ohio as LSW or LPC is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Develop treatment goals and individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation of services and client progress.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, case managers, and schools as appropriate.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional documentation.
• Engage in care conferences and multidisciplinary meetings as required.
