Job summary

Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, you will deliver therapy in outpatient and telehealth settings, maintain documentation, and support families while upholding HIPAA and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling from an accredited university.
• Valid Ohio license to provide clinical counseling services (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, including outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families with a strengths-based approach.
• Establish goals and strategies and document client progress and services.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans per OMHAS and CARF standards.
• Collaborate with care team, physicians, case management, and referral sources.
• Refer to psychiatry or other professionals as needed and document services per policy.
• Participate in care conferences and report concerns per state/federal requirements.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional records; uphold Path Behavioral Healthcare policies.
