Job summary

Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System is seeking a qualified outpatient therapist to deliver behavioral health services to children, teens and adults in a clinic setting across Arkansas. The role may include delivering therapy in schools or homes as needed and requires adherence to cost-effective care standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field from an accredited university.
• Current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW).
• Minimum two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred, with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents and adults.
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop specific treatment goals for targeted client population.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care in line with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with regulations, licensing and accreditation requirements.
