Job summary

Pathways is seeking compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapists to provide quality behavioral health services to individuals in our communities. The role supports both associate-level clinicians working toward licensure and independently licensed professionals, with a strong focus on growth and collaboration.

The Outpatient Therapist will assess, plan, and deliver individual and family therapies, while maintaining an active caseload and compliant documentation under agency and licensing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Nursing required.
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
• Licensure as Associate or Independent Kentucky licensure or actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload.
• Conduct diagnostic screenings and health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and reviews.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed.
• Maintain timely electronic clinical documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings and case conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
