Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician for outpatient, Monday–Friday schedule with some evening groups. You will assess patients, write treatment plans, and apply evidence-based modalities to support individuals, families, and groups. Collaboration with guardians and community agencies is essential.

Master’s degree and LCAS/LCSW or LCMHC licensure required, with CPI and CPR training within 90 days of hire. Strong documentation and crisis intervention skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Hold LCAS and LCSW/LCMHC licensure in good standing.
• CPR and CPI training must be completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with guardians and community agencies to meet patient care needs.
• Assess patient problems, needs, and functioning level.
• Write treatment plans aligned with diagnosis and age.
• Provide varied treatment modalities per current clinical standards.
• Support individuals, groups, and families through counseling and evaluation.
