Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help restore residents’ independence in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist the OT and DOR, teaching patients and guiding discharge plans to sustain gains.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy activities, documenting progress, and maintaining licensure and competency. Full-time and part-time shifts available, with flexible pay options and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.
• Current and valid license granted from the state of employment.
• Current and valid OTA license granted from state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate service delivery software and electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function in SNF settings.
• Educate patients to maintain function after discharge.
• Assist under supervision of the OT and Director of Rehab.
• Contribute to patient goals and therapy program plans.
