Job summary

TheraDynamics is a therapist-owned rehabilitation company with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional patient outcomes across the Tri-State area. Our OTs in SNF settings design creative, functional interventions for ADLs, cognitive retraining, upper-extremity rehabilitation, and safe discharge planning.

You will collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care, address self-care skills and home safety, and support patient independence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible for New York State OTA license.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Assist OT in procedures, tests and treatments to support safe evaluation and treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP and social work for coordinated care.
