Qualifications

• Associate degree required and OTA license or eligibility.
• Current license to practice in the state of employment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Return patient to optimal physical function in SNF setting.
• Instruct patients in maintenance of function post-discharge.
• Assist therapy team under OT and DOR supervision.
