• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based intervention plans.
• Documents progress clearly in daily notes and EMR.
• Provides ADL training and therapeutic activities tailored to patient abilities.
• Collaborates with patients and families and other care team members.
• Performs range of motion measurements of elbow, wrist, and hand.
• Completes ultrasound, fluidotherapy treatments where applicable.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and maintains accurate documentation.
