Responsibilities

• Follow the therapist's plan of care and adjust based on patient response.
• Document communication with evaluating therapist in the daily note.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions based on plan of care.
• Complete range of motion measurements of the elbow, wrist, and hand.
• Provide training to patients on ADLs including dressing and cooking skills.
• Complete therapeutic ultrasound treatment.
• Complete fluidotherapy treatment.
• Daily documentation and charging in therapy EMR; communicate progress to referring provider.
