• Follows the therapist's plan of care and documents communications.
• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based intervention plans.
• Adjusts treatment based on patient response and available evidence.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Produces clear documentation for payers and team communication.
• Collaborates with the OT and other staff throughout the therapeutic process.
• Completes ROM measurements and ADL training as prescribed.
• Communicates progress to the referring provider and care team.
