Qualifications

• Licensed COTA is preferred or eligible.
• Experience with adult and pediatric patients is a plus.
• Ability to document and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Follows the therapist's plan of care and documents communications.
• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based interventions.
• Performs ROM measurements of elbow, wrist, and hand.
• Provides ADL training including dressing and cooking skills.
• Documents, charges in EMR daily and communicates with the team.
