Responsibilities

• Follows the therapist's plan of care.
• Adjusts treatment based on patient response after communicating with the evaluating therapist.
• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based intervention plans.
• Documents communication and progress in the daily note.
• Provides education to patients and families about care plans.
• Completes ROM measurements of the elbow, wrist, and hand.
• Delivers ADL training, including dressing, cooking skills.
• Performs ultrasound and fluidotherapy treatments as prescribed.
• Maintains therapy EMR documentation and charging.
• Collaborates with the occupational therapist and care team.
