Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in in-facility settings in Port Orchard, WA. You will implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help patients regain abilities.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient independence.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care throughout sessions.
• Document progress and communicate with supervisors.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program

Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice
