Job summary

The Broadview Center in Seattle, WA is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You will work alongside physical therapists and speech-language pathologists to provide therapy services to residents, following an established care plan and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include administering treatments, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and supporting the care team to promote recovery and mobility.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license or eligibility in Washington state.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to document care accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments per established plan of care to residents to improve function.
• Provide clinical support and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as directed.
• Document care history and complete required forms per policy.
