Job summary

South Hill Rehabilitation and Care Center in Spokane, WA, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. The role focuses on screening, evaluation, and delivering skilled therapies to geriatric patients in a post-acute setting.

You will work within a supportive team to develop care plans, document progress, and provide discharge summaries while adhering to regulatory standards. Flexible scheduling helps achieve work-life balance.

Qualifications

• OTA license is required.
• New grads welcome; open to COTAs at all experience levels.
• Must adhere to regulatory and clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wounds; develop care plans.
• Deliver skilled rehab interventions per plan and regulatory standards.
• Assist with patient transfers, standing, walking, and use of devices.
• Provide counseling to patients and families; communicate with care team.
