Job summary

Etc Companies LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, tenant-occupied affordable housing renovations in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas. You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules and subcontractor bidding while coordinating with Owners and authorities to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications include 5+ years in construction project management and a degree in engineering/construction (or related field).

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years experience in construction project management.
Experience working in occupied multi-family residential units is required.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs.
Estimate projects and create comprehensive project schedules.
Manage subcontractor bidding procedures including scopes of work and bid comparisons.
Interface with Owner or Owner’s Representative on schedule, requisitioning and critical issues.
Prepare and follow project budgets and AIA payment documents.
Coordinate permits with local building departments and project closeout activities.
Schedule and conduct meetings with Owner, Architect, CM and subcontractors; produce minutes.
Supervise Project Superintendents and monitor site safety and quality.
