Job summary

Rosecrance Health Network is seeking a Crisis Counselor in Rock Island, Illinois, to join the Mobile Crisis Response Team. This role involves responding to community requests for crisis support, offering trauma-informed counseling, and collaborating with clients and community partners.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have substantial behavioral health experience. Competitive compensation starting at $22/hour, along with health insurance and ongoing training opportunities, will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant human service field.
• High school diploma AND 5 years of experience in a clinical behavioral health role.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed crisis counseling and intervention services.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and community partners for ongoing treatment needs.
