Summary:

We are seeking a part-time assistant softball coach for our middle school team at Bethany Middle School. The ideal candidate should have a passion for softball and a desire to help young athletes develop their skills and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the head coach in planning and organizing practices and games
- Help develop and implement strategies for individual and team improvement
- Provide guidance and support to players both on and off the field
- Assist with equipment management and maintenance
- Attend team meetings and communicate with parents as needed

Requirements:

- Prior experience playing or coaching softball
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with children and young adults
- Availability to attend practices and games during afternoons and weekends
- Knowledge of softball rules and techniques
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications as required by the school district.

-CDL certified with passenger is a plus but not required
