Responsibilities

• Help plan and conduct daily practice sessions, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
• Help organize and oversee all aspects of the baseball program, including scheduling games and practices.
• Teach players the rules of the game, proper techniques, and sportsmanship.
• Monitor the academic and athletic progress of student‑athletes, ensuring they balance both responsibilities.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding player development, schedules, and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other coaches and school staff to promote a positive athletic environment.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of all players during practices and games.
• Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe and in good condition.
• Assist in the selection of team members through tryouts and evaluations.
• Promote a positive team culture and encourage sportsmanship and respect among players.

Requirements
