Responsibilities:

• Assist the head coach in planning and organizing practices and games
• Help develop and implement strategies for individual and team improvement
• Provide guidance and support to players both on and off the field
• Assist with equipment management and maintenance
• Attend team meetings and communicate with parents as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience playing or coaching softball

• Availability to attend practices and games during afternoons and weekends
