Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will segment donors, manage a portfolio, and collaborate with Digital Fundraising to craft tailored journeys, outreach, and stewardship. This role emphasizes donor retention and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant nonprofit fundraising experience, including front-line individual or mid-level fundraising.
• Demonstrated success growing a donor program, portfolio, or pipeline.
• Experience supporting foundation proposals and reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve the mid-level giving program aligned with growth strategy.
• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and qualified prospects through all stages of giving.
• Develop tailored engagement and ask strategies based on giving history and capacity.
• Conduct donor outreach, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-up and stewardship.
• Identify qualified donors for transition to major gift portfolios.
• Coordinate with Digital Fundraising to translate donor strategies into campaigns and journeys.
