Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience working in the mental health field.
• Valid driver’s license for at least six months and a good driving record.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to help residents and keep them safe.
• Training in MAP, PABC, and/or First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the group living environment to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise and consult with staff, fostering a compassionate and skilled team.
• Work one-on-one with residents to help them achieve goals and independence.
• Collaborate with clinicians to create person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Oversee financial assessments and money management for residents’ stability.
• Manage program schedules, lead weekly staff meetings, and ensure proper documentation.
• Consult with clinical staff during crises and participate in on-call rotations.
