Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPHT and PHT certifications required on hire.
• Minimum 2 years pharmacy technician experience; retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Medication reconciliation by obtaining and clarifying patients' home medication lists.
• Interacts with nurses, physicians, pharmacists and others to provide medication history.
• Enter medication history into the electronic medical record accurately.
• Provide customer service with professionalism and compassion to patients and families.
