Responsibilities

• Coordinate release of medical information for all requesters, ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Prepare correspondence and records for release and for court/legal purposes; arrange prompt delivery and billing for copying fees.
• Interact with patients, attorneys, physicians, hospital staff and the public.
